UnionBrands Eateries Texas LLC. is located in Waco, TX, and is the parent company for Union Hall, Union Grove, and Union Crossing. UnionBrands plans to continue expansion providing more opportunities for patrons and vendors alike. Each location they open and operate will provide a somewhat unique experience, without the cookie-cutter feel of the national chains. The best practices approach that UnionBrands implements will provide both synergy and energy to each location.
OUR CONCEPTS
Union Hall is bringing the food hall dining experience to downtown Waco, serving a range of different tastes and offering the added nourishment of community. Taking its cue from European markets, Union Hall brings local chefs and entrepreneurs under one roof, offering delicious and diverse dining options from multiple stalls while friends, families and neighbors dine at common tables.
The name pays homage to its geographic locale, surrounded by trees. Union Grove will be located at 8100 Woodway Dr. The 30,000 Sq Ft food hall will feature approximately 30 vendors, with multiple child-friendly options and plenty of parking. The hall will also have an indoor playscape and a larger outdoor seating area with line-of-sight accessibility for parents.
In honor of Temple’s rich railroad heritage, UnionBrands Eateries Texas LLC. will name its third food hall Union Crossing. The 8,000 Sq Ft food hall will be located at 114 E. Central Avenue on the site of the Hawn Hotel and feature 9 vendors.
